Sick Days

80 hours paid per calendar year. At the end of the year, unused illness hours may be converted into pay, floating holiday time (up to 40 hours per year), or a combination at a conversion rate of 70%. If pay is selected,  payment is made in January following the end of the calendar year.

401(k) & Profit Sharing Plan

A. As of 2025, team member can defer the lesser of $23,500 or 100% of Compensation. The company matches 50% of the first 10% of the team member’s compensation deferral.

B. In addition, the company contributes a discretionary amount approximately equal to 4% of team member's actual earnings irrespective of any contribution on his/her part.

Quarterly enrollment.
