An interactive 4-hour training session delivered at your location helps your team members learn and practice skills needed to deliver superior customer service. Class size is limited to 12 to ensure full participation.
We'll hold a follow up discussion with leaders within your organization where we'll share reinforcement ideas to ensure a continued focus is placed on delivering superior customer service.
