Training costs vary based on specific training program selected. You can budget between $1,000 – $1,800 per participant. Training costs are influenced by three factors: license, facilitation, and subscription fees.
1) License fees to training content are charged per participant. This provides participants access to proprietary training materials owned by Richardson Sales Performance.
2) Facilitation fees cover the facilitator’s time and knowledge delivering the training session. This fee is based on the number of hours taught. Training hours range from 8 (one day) to 24 hours (three days). Additional agreed-upon travel fees apply if training is delivered onsite.
3) Subscription fees are incurred with programs such as e-Learning and workflow tools to provide access to online resources that provide additional value.
Yes, the cost per participant for the content delivery may be less when you book a private session. A PathShare professional can prepare a custom proposal for you.
