- GreatAmerica reaches out to customer for additional information if needed
Step 2
Credit decision and terms confirmation.
- Credit decision typically communicated within 2 hours
- If approved, GreatAmerica notifies Skyjack Retailer that documentation can be prepared and signed by customer
Step 3
Order fulfillment.
- Signed contract is returned to GreatAmerica
- Skyjack Retailers invoices order and ships equipment to customer
- Copy of invoice sent to GreatAmerica
Step 4
Confirmation and payment.
- GreatAmerica contacts customer to restate terms and confirm receipt for order
- Once confirmed, GreatAmerica starts agreement and pays Skyjack Retailer invoice
